External measurements: approx. 6 cm high x wide
Internal measurements: approx. 5 cm high x wide
3.5 cm deep
Any miniatures under 5 cm will fit in the small size shelf. (1 to 6 in this online exhibition)

The shelves are not perfect squares, but function as shelves and contrast beautifully with my hand thrown miniatures.
