All postage costs are calculated by weight and size at checkout.

UK postage starts from £2.95 (for hanging snowflakes)
& from £4.95 (for miniatures)
Free UK postage on orders over £100. (Use code FREESHIPPINGUK)

International shipping starts from £19.80

If you place multiple orders, or your postage was much less than calculated on my website, I will refund accordingly once your parcel has been shipped.

I send all parcels fully tracked where possible, so your package will never go missing.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been sent.

Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

LAST POSTAGE DATES 2024

UK - Friday 20th December 4pm.

International - Friday 6th December 4pm.
Any orders placed after this date will still be posted, but they may not reach you in time for the 25th.

How will my parcel arrive?

Every order is presented in a luxury gift box, or wrapping paper and ribbon.

To protect from damage, items are then placed in a sturdy postage box cushioned in with biodegradable void fill.
I use recyclable tape and labels, so you can recycle the whole box easily without having to remove any plastic tape.

EU Customers

Due to Britain leaving the EU, there have been a few changes to taxes and handling charges when sending items from the UK to EU countries.
If your parcel is over €135, you may be charged tax (which is around 19-21% depending on your country), and a handling charge/customs fee.
