Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
Please remember I am a small business, selling one off items. returns and refunds are extremely hard on my trade.

Online Purchases:
Contact me to cancel an order before shipping, and you will be refunded the full amount, or opt for a voucher for the full amount.
This will have no expiry date and will be redeemable through any purchase on my website shop.

If the purchase has already been shipped:

• Contact me within 14 calendar days to cancel/return your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Once the item is back in my possession, you will be issued a refund, or opt for a voucher for the cost of the item.
  This will have no expiry date and will be redeemable through any purchase on my website shop.

• As a small business, I cannot refund postage costs.

• If a percentage of your order was donated to charity, I cannot refund this percentage of your purchase. (eg. 15% of sales from 008 MADE MAKERS was donated to Refuge)

I cannot give refunds on gift cards.

I cannot accept returns on commissioned/made-to-order items.

In Person Purchases:
I cannot give refunds or exchanges on items sold in person.
