Do you ship wordwide?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Parcels are always tracked when this service is available.

 

Is ‘a particular item’ still in stock?

Everything I have available is listed on my shop. If it says sold - it is unavailable. There is only one of each listed item.

 

When will more miniatures be available?

I’m always making more miniatures. More will be available in my next online exhibition.

I ordered something recently - where is it?

As I’m a small business (it’s just me!) it can take up to 10 working days for me to process and package your orders, especially when there’s a sell out. Please be patient. You will receive an email notification once your item is posted with tracking information.

If it’s already been shipped, please check your tracking information first before contacting me - it’s most likely still on its journey to you, especially if you live outside of the UK.

What about commissions/made to order pieces?

If you have ordered a made-to-order piece, or a commission, this usually takes at least six weeks for me to complete, and may be longer depending on total order numbers.

 

I placed multiple orders, can you package them together?

Yes - I'll do this automatically, you don't need to ask. So long as you've used the same email I'll send them together.
I'll refund excess postage paid once they're shipped.

 

Can I have early access to an online exhibition or reserve an item?

Sorry - I can’t give early access or reserve items (there would be nothing left in stock for the launch!)

 

When ordering from this website, how will my package arrive?

Every order is gift wrapped by myself in a luxury gift box and wrapping paper, or recyclable bubble wrap and wrapping paper. You’ll even receive a hand written thank-you note.
There is also an option to add a hand written gift note if you’re sending to a loved one.

To protect from damage, items are then placed in a sturdy postage box cushioned in with biodegradable void fill.
I use recyclable tape and labels, so you can recycle the whole box easily without having to remove any plastic tape.

No, my passion is for creating work rather than teaching.

A new collection of Christmas baubles will be available to purchase November/December 2021.

Are you interested in selling work through our online site?

I'm always open to discuss gallery exhibitions, shows and other event opportunities. But due to current demand, I'm not currently looking to sell through third party websites.
