Purchasing Tips

My work has often sold out incredibly fast once online exhibitions have gone live.
Here’s a few tips to make checkout quicker and stress free!

1. Create an account here on my website. Here’s how

2. Save your payment and shipping details - this will make checkout a breeze.

3. Sign up to my newsletter - you’ll receive notifications via email. (scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll find the sign-up form)

4. Make sure your logged in to your account a few minutes in advance.

5. If you want more than one item, it can be easier to purchase items one at a time.
   Items are not held in your cart, so if you have several items in your cart, and one item goes out of stock, the order will not finalise. The first person to fully complete their purchase at checkout will secure the item(s).
   Therefore -
   If you make multiple purchases I can combine shipping costs and send them in one parcel. You’ll receive a refund for any extra postage once they’re posted and I can work out a refund respectively.
   You don’t need to let me know - so long as you’ve used the same email or account I’ll automatically package them together.

6. I ship worldwide!
   Please note, due to Brexit, if you’re ordering from an EU country you may be charged tax and a handling/customs fee.
